Welcome
A message from Jason Valle, CEO
Team,
I am excited to personally welcome you to Nashville, TN! The home of Country Music is also home to our newest partner brand, TriStar Elevator, and I can't think of a better location for our first-ever ESI Company-Wide Sales Meeting.
The next 3 days represent an important milestone in our company's journey. We have brought together sales professionals from across our organization to celebrate what we've accomplished, learn from one another, strengthen relationships, and focus on the tremendous opportunities ahead of us.
In just a few short years, ESI has grown from one brand into a collection of strong local brands filled with exceptionally talented people. That growth is a direct result of the dedication, expertise, and hard work each of you brings to our customers every day.
Throughout the week, you'll hear from some of the top performers and leaders across our organization. We will share best practices, exchange ideas, discuss winning strategies, and learn from one another's successes. My hope is that every attendee leaves with new insights, fresh perspectives, and practical tools that will help drive even greater success in the year ahead.
While this meeting is designed to help us grow professionally, it is also intended to be enjoyable. We want this week to be a chance to build friendships, create lasting memories, and strengthen the bonds that connect us as one organization.
I would also like to extend a special thank you to our vendor partners who have helped make this event possible. These organizations are more than vendors — they are valued partners in our success.
Let's make this week one to remember!
